PARTICIPANT CRITERIA:

• Must be at least 60 years of age and ineligible for OCTA ACCESS services
• Must reside in Irvine, Mission Viejo, Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Dana Point or Rancho Santa Margarita
• Please call Office on Aging at (800) 510-2020 to be referred. The Office on Aging Information line can also provide referrals for additional community resources.

SERVICE CRITERIA:

• All transportation services must originate within Orange County designated service area
• Service area will include all cities listed above and a 15 mile radius outside of resident address
• Rides must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance

TRANSPORTATION HOURS:

• 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday
• Transportation not available on major holidays

FEE PER TRIP:

• Riders will be charged $2.00 per trip and must have exact change
