Healthy Living With Diabetes

Living with diabetes can be confusing. There is a lot to learn and staying well may mean you need to make some lifestyle changes. If you, or someone you love has been diagnosed with diabetes, one of the best things you can do is attend a diabetes self-management program called “Healthy Living with Diabetes” provided by Office on Aging.

This FREE evidence-based program developed by Stanford University and has been designed to help adults with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes learn skills and increase their confidence in managing their diabetes. To find a workshop nearest you, call the Office on Aging at 1-800-510-2020 or visit our Healthy Aging Calendar.
