Orange County Senior Living Needs Survey

The Orange County Office on Aging is conducting a needs assessment of older adults residing on Orange County to assist in developing our 2020-2024 strategic plan / Area Plan. The focus is to evaluate needs and understand available resources. Responses will contribute to future funding requests, employ collaborative partnerships, provide ideas for educational programs, innovate programming to maximize limited resources, and help to create new programs.

As a provider and/or organization you could contribute by helping us to distribute and collect the surveys through your networks. Here are some suggestions on how you can distribute our online survey:

  • Organization’s website
  • Social media channels such as, Facebook and Twitter
  • Electronic newsletters
  • Agency Email blast

Hard copy surveys can also be distributed (if applicable) in any of the following:

This survey is completely anonymous; however, if anyone is seeking additional personalized assistance, there is an option to leave your contact information at the end of the survey or you can call the Office on Aging for additional information at (714) 480-6450 or 1-800-510-2020.

Thank you for your assistance and contribution in helping us ensure our seniors live a thriving life in Orange County.
