Family Caregiver Support Program | Supports the needs of family members who provide care to a relative such as arranging for respite care, temporary in-home or out-of-home relief so caretakers have time to attend to other responsibilities or recharge, and provides training to caretakers and other family members who are caregivers for frail older adults. |

Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) | Provides both community education sessions available to the public, and free unbiased individualized counseling about Medicare, managed care, and other private health insurance issues. |

Legal Advocacy Program | Provides free one-on-one legal consultation, referrals, and representation in administrative and civil cases involving consumer disputes, estate planning, conservatorships, housing issues and government benefits, elder abuse, and many other services. |

Ombudsman Program | Investigates complaints of elder and dependent abuse made by, or on behalf of, individual residents of long-term-care (LTC) facilities. Staff and volunteers work with licensing agencies and law enforcement in the investigation of abuse in facilities. They also visit all licensed LTC facilities, providing a regular presence to ensure that the rights of residents are protected. |

Senior Community Service Employment Program | Federally funded program whose purpose is to train, retrain and prepare low-income workers - age 55 and older - for entry or reentry into the workforce. |

Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program | Provides non-emergency transportation to doctor visits, dental appointments, pharmacy pick-ups, and other medical-related destinations for older adults. |
