Area Plan

Each area agency on aging is required to prepare and develop an area plan for its planning and service area for a four-year period. Each plan is updated on an annual basis and adjustments are made as necessary. Below are links to the 2024-2028 Area Plan and the latest 2025-2026 Draft Area Plan Update.
