Steve Sando is the founder and president of Rancho Gordo. His company has created a market for heirloom beans in the United States of America with production on the West Coast, Mexico, and Europe. He works closely with chefs and farmers to create viable markets for indigenous products of the Americas through the Rancho Gordo-Xoxoc Project.
