The UCI Senior Health Care Center and Geriatrics medical team presented on services, programs, research, and education that support healthy aging through an Age-Friendly Health System. The presentation highlighted how geriatric care clinicians support older adults and caregivers through complex care coordination and ongoing research that advances healthy aging. Attendees also learned about available medical and preventative
care services, caregiver resources, and a whole-person approach to promoting health, wellbeing, and quality of life.
